  2. Martin Landis Chairman of cellular  tower REIT Crown Castle Holdings [CCI] bought 30,000 shares at $110.64 for $3 million. Crown Castle (CCI) only began paying dividends in 2014, but the company currently offers income investors a high dividend yield near 4% with 6-7% annual dividend growth potential. Crown Castle also has an attractive business model with substantial recurring revenue, excellent free cash flow generation, and extremely high incremental margins.
  3. Perpetual buyer founder billionaire Philip Frost scoops up more shares of Opko Health[OPK]. Frost is continually buying stock in the pharmaceutical company. It’s curious as to why Dr. Frost doesn’t just buy all the shares and bring the company private.  Stock price has gone nowhere for years.
