  3. Intrawest Resorts Holdings [SNOW] C- Level officers take advantage of recent lofty stock price to unthaw some of their holdings.  $3.1 million.
  4. Wayfair [W] management can’t sell fast enough, 9 different insiders unload $42 million worth of stock. Earnings are Monday. We’re short a small amount of this high flying internet furnishing player.  It’s not that Wayfair doesn’t do a good job.  It’s just that competing with Amazon doesn’t create many winners.
  5. SERV [SERV) picks up selling after hiatus with 5 different insiders selling a total of $55.9 million worth of stock.
  6. Acadia Healthcare Co [ACHC] insiders define new levels of not having skin in the game.  4 insiders dump $191.9 million worth of stock.  Dir Gordon unloads 70.9% of his shares while Dir Waud unloads 36.2%, shares held by Bain Capital.  If they’re getting out, maybe you should do.
  7. Royal Caribbean [RCL] insiders turn to selling large amounts of stock as a bull market floats all ships.  4 insiders lighten-up $43 million.
  8. Dir Malek from Dupont Fabros Technology [DFT] unloaded 22.8% of his holdings, making the recent sales of DFT something to examine.
  9. Insiders sell significant percentage of holdings at Waste Connections [WCN]
  10. Logitech [LOGI] CEO unloads 110,330 shares or 11.1% of his holdings.  CFO Pilette appears to agree selling 11.3% of his holdings but this pales next to VP Sullivan who is selling 29.5% of his.
